Homecoming Coach
I grew up in Jamaica Plains, a neighborhood in Boston. Being a father is important to me. I love watching my children develop their maturity, see them grow, be providers, protectors, and teachers.

My step-father is my professional role model. He is like a real dad, and he is the only father I ever knew. Your biological father will always be your father, but a real father will be your father in every way possible, and he was that to me. Professionally, I am most proud of Charles Daniels, Leonard Tshitenge, and Vicente Sanabria. My kids make me proud every day. They are all teenagers and have endured so much.
If I could invite one person to dinner with my family, it would be Martin Luther King, Jr. because he was a leader who accomplished things peacefully. He did it professionally without threatening other people, even when he was beaten. Through it all, he maintained his dignity and self-respect.
