About: Monique Scott-Megag joined Fathers’ Uplift in 2021. As Program Manager, she is responsible for developing and supporting the Organization Culture, Policies, Procedures, and Staff Development.

Monique’s Narrative: “My roots are planted in Philadelphia; PA but I have also lived in Florida as an undergrad student. Currently, I reside in Attleboro, Mass with my husband and dog, Tarzan. I received my Bachelor of Arts, in Mass Communications, from Bethune Cookman University & my Master of Science, in Business Communications, from Boston University. In my previous roles, I have done work involving Mental Health & Drug Addiction services, Housing Policy, Outreach, Mentoring, Social Justice Initiatives, and Racial Equity and Advocacy. I currently sit as Board Secretary to Healing Options for Posttraumatic Experiences (HOPE), where we intend to support individuals enduring acute trauma with innovative medicine and inclusive therapy practices. The foundation of Fathers’ Uplift rests in love, transparency, resilience, and workmanship… and that’s just one reason why I love being on this team!”

If I could invite someone to dinner it would be my dad! I would eat a bite every eight hours – make it the longest dinner in the world. Miss you dad.
