Toni Griffin is a trauma-informed therapist passionate about breaking cycles of trauma and rebuilding families from the inside out. With an MSW from Northern Kentucky University and a background in child protection, Toni saw firsthand how often fathers are excluded from healing. She now centers her work on helping men show up for their children with empathy, strength, and emotional presence. At Fathers’ UpLift, she creates safe, culturally responsive spaces where trust can grow, dignity is restored, and change becomes possible.
