Throughout her career, Karon has held senior positions across the nonprofit and philanthropic sectors, where she has guided cross-functional teams, developed transformative programs, and secured millions in funding to advance equity and community well-being. Her leadership is defined by a commitment to relational transparency, diagnostic problem-solving, and powerful storytelling that drives support for social change.

Before joining Fathers’ UpLift, Karon led development and strategy initiatives for multiple community-based organizations and consulted nationally with nonprofits on growth strategy, board development, and impact communications. She is also a proud member of The Links, Incorporated and a lifelong advocate for families and underserved communities.
