Workforce Development Impact

Through our workforce development and fatherhood-awareness initiatives, Fathers' UpLift trained 429 practitioners who are applying father-inclusive practices in their daily work. Conservatively estimating that each practitioner supports at least 10 fathers and family members, our training extended its impact to more than 4,290 individuals across behavioral health, education, child welfare, healthcare, and community-based settings.
