Our Team

Cori Williams

Clinician, Award-Winning Author

I graduated from the prestigious Boston University located in Boston, Massachusetts. I’m a multifaceted entrepreneur and owner of Wilmore Marketing Consultants LLC., a marketing firm out of Atlanta, Georgia, where I offer internet marketing solutions for consumers and business owners. I’m also the co-owner of B&M Enterprises, which is a real estate investors company. As a licensed psychotherapist, I provide supportive therapeutic services to a vast demographic within the Boston area under the guidance of Dr. Charles Daniels Jr. and the Fathers’ UpLift family.

In my latest endeavor, I founded the CKC Publishing Firm, a content creation and book publishing firm that assists authors and content creators in distributing their products. Under CKC Publishing House, I released my first multi-award-winning book titled Thriving While Black the Act of Surviving and Thriving in the Same Space. I explore the psychological and emotional consequences of being Black in corporate America while providing evidence-based solution-focused treatment recommendations to offset/manage the psychological and emotional effects. To date, the book has gained multiple awards in several adult non-fiction genres as well as an Amazon bestseller. I am currently working on my next literary project, which will be a follow-up to the previous release. The project will be intervention-based.

Before my entrepreneurial success, I worked in the nonprofit industry for twelve years holding various leadership roles. In my career, I have created workshops for adult learners and facilitated numerous workshops for first-time fathers who struggle with maintaining consistency in their children’s lives while facing social and emotional barriers that have prevented them from remaining engaged.

In my spare time, I love to travel, fish, and spend time with my family. If I were going to throw a dinner party and invite anyone I wanted, I would wish Malcolm X and Gandhi to attend. I would love to talk with them and get their perspective on how they view today’s society. I bet Malcolm X would say, “I told you so.”

Stay up to date with FUL news and impact.
