Billing Associate

Responsibilities:

  • Manage client billing and ensure accurate invoicing.
  • Handle account receivables and payables.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to clarify billing details.
  • Assist in financial reporting and reconciliation tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with medical billing practices is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and proficiency with accounting software.

I.T. Contractor

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
  • Maintain and upgrade IT systems and infrastructure.
  • Ensure data security and backup systems are in place.
  • Collaborate with teams to streamline technology use.

Qualifications:

– Proven IT support experience.
– Familiarity with a variety of software, networks, and databases.

 

Intake Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial assessments for new clients.
  • Coordinate appointments and manage scheduling.
  • Provide resource information and support to clients.
  • Work closely with clinical staff to ensure client needs are met.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or enrollment in a BSW program is preferred.

Front Desk Staff

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist clients and visitors with a friendly demeanor.
  • Manage incoming calls and correspondence.
  • Maintain front office efficiency, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed.
  • Support the scheduling and coordination of appointments.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in office management software.

Junior Development Associate

Responsibilities:

Assist with research and writing for grant applications.

Support the development team with donor communications.

Help coordinate fundraising and donor engagement events.

Maintain accurate donor records and databases.

Qualifications:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Interest in nonprofit development and fundraising.

Relevant education or 0–2 years of experience in a related field.

Staff Accountant

Responsibilities

  • Perform general ledger accounting, financial reporting, and analysis
  • Oversee payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable functions.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and experience with financial software.

 

Fee for Service Clinicians

Responsibilities:

  • Provide mental health services on a per-session basis.
  • Assess, diagnose, and treat individuals and families using evidence-based practices.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed as a mental health professional (LICSW, LMHC, etc.).
  • Demonstrated experience in clinical counseling and therapy.

Coaching Program Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the coaching program, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Develop and implement coaching strategies, and monitor progress.
  • Supervise and train coaching staff, facilitating professional development.

Qualifications:

  • Proven leadership and program management experience.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Adult Coach

Responsibilities:

  • Mentor and support fathers and families through various challenges of adulthood and parenting.
  • Develop and implement individualized coaching plans to promote clients’ personal and professional growth.
  • Facilitate workshops and group sessions on essential life skills, parenting, and healthy relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in mentorship or coaching, with a focus on adult development.
  • Strong understanding of the social dynamics impacting fathers and families.

Re-Entry Coach

Responsibilities:

  • Support individuals transitioning from incarceration back into the community.
  • Assist with job readiness, family reintegration, and access to community resources.
  • Collaborate with legal, social services, and community organizations to support clients’ re-entry process.

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of the criminal justice system and the re-entry process.
  • Compassionate, with the ability to relate to and advocate for diverse client needs.
