This hybrid role requires residence in Cincinnati and is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting fathers and families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and potential clients.
- Manage client intake, scheduling, and insurance verification in Tebra and Virtual Gateway databases.
- Serve on the Intake Team and assist with coordinating client registration and referrals.
- Process co-payments and account balances during check-in for in-person and telehealth appointments.
- Maintain client records, demographic updates, and insurance status checks.
- Provide polite and professional communication via phone, email, and mail.
- Assist with general office duties, including filing, supply management, and call handling.
- Participate in weekly staff meetings and continuing education sessions.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1+ years of experience in an office or front desk setting.
- 2+ years of experience in call handling and appointment scheduling preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office & G-Suite.

📍 Location: Hybrid – Must be based in Cincinnati
Fee-for-Service Clinician (Per-Diem)
Make every hour count. Fathers’ UpLift provides the nation’s first outpatient mental-health and substance-use services built especially for dads. As a fee-for-service clinician you’ll deliver flexible, trauma-informed therapy that helps fathers return, recover, and rebuild their families.
What you’ll do

Carry a small, self-scheduled caseload (8+ sessions/week) — in-clinic, community, or telehealth

Complete intakes, treatment plans, and notes in our cloud EHR within 24 hrs

Join monthly case consultations and integrate our father-centric “Presence over Proximity” model

Bill Medicaid/commercial plans; our admin team handles claims and scheduling
What you bring

Master’s degree + independent state license (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPCC, etc.) or license-eligible

2 yrs experience in outpatient or community behavioral health

Commitment to culturally responsive care for fathers and families; bilingual skills a plus
