Fathers’ UpLift Fellowship Programs—including the United States Therapist Recruitment (USTR) Fellowship and the Human Services Associate (HSA) Fellowship—are designed to expand and diversify the behavioral health workforce.
Through these programs, Fathers’ UpLift invests in emerging leaders at both the undergraduate and graduate levels who are committed to advancing mental health, behavioral health, and human services for fathers, families, and underserved communities.
We welcome applicants from accredited colleges and universities across the United States. Graduate students preparing for clinical careers and undergraduate students exploring pathways in human services are both encouraged to apply.
