Our upcoming Annual Meeting is more than an organizational update—it’s a declaration of commitment. As we reflect on the challenges facing fathers of color under today’s political climate, we will also celebrate their resilience and highlight the bold strategies we’re using to strengthen families. From expanding our fellowship pipeline to advancing policy conversations, Fathers’ UpLift remains a national leader in fatherhood engagement.
This meeting is your chance to connect directly with our leadership, learn about our financial sustainability plan, and stand shoulder to shoulder with us as we prepare for the road ahead. Our goal is simple: ensure that every father has the tools to overcome obstacles and thrive.
Register for the Annual Meeting on Eventbrite.
Following our annual meeting we will begin our Two-City CE Kickoff – Roots of Resilience: Enhancing Support for Black Men, Boys & Families.
Beginning in Boston (Nov 6–7) and continuing in Cincinnati (Nov 12), this series offers up to 8 CE credits for social workers and practitioners. Topics range from engaging Black boys in schools, to supporting fathers during pregnancy, to addressing suicidal ideation among Black men. In Cincinnati, participants will also explore child welfare engagement and co-parenting challenges. These workshops aren’t just training—they are platforms to transform practice, strengthen cultural responsiveness, and empower professionals to uplift families nationwide. With every CEU earned, we’re planting seeds of change that will ripple through communities.
Join us in continuing to change how fathers are seen, supported, and celebrated. Register for Boston Workshops, Register for Cincinnati Workshops, or Learn more about the CE Program today.
With gratitude and appreciation,
