FUL Courses Available

Our upcoming course offering descriptions are below. Please join any that interest you.

Group Signup Form

Summer Group Course Offerings:

This summer, in addition to our 2 hours of drop-in time per week, we are offering a range of two courses for fathers to participate in. These groups will provide guidance and community around various topics, resources, advocacy, and more. Upon completion of every course, an official credential will be provided, and ongoing verification of attendance is also included throughout the duration of each course.

Participants can join as many groups as they desire. Please view the groups below. We look forward to serving you.

Health insurance is accepted for MA residents in all courses. If you do not have health insurance and reside in Massachusetts, we can assist you with obtaining health insurance. For out-of-state learners, the fee for each course is $30.00 per session if your health insurance does not cover the cost.


 

Pre-Father Care (The Self-Parenting Course)

Next Cohort begins This Fall

This 15-week course covers practical knowledge, tools, and insight for fathers at any phase of their journey, including men on the verge of becoming a father and/or thinking about having children. Pre-Father Care brings forth a new roadmap to reference during their parenting journeys.

The Managing Emotions Course

Next Cohort Begins this Fall

This 15-week course focuses on remaining in control of emotions such as anger, guilt, sadness, and hopelessness effectively and healthily. The course provides opportunities for learners to recognize physical and emotional responses to difficult emotions, explore thoughts, feelings, and situations that lead to unhealthy decision-making patterns, and become equipped with the tools for forgiveness.

The Wellness & Recovery Course

Evening Course (Tuesdays): 5:00 pm – 6:00 pm EST

This 15-week course focuses on wellness, relapse prevention, and recovery. The course provides opportunities for learners to identify the origin of unhealthy behaviors and implement a plan utilizing wellness and recovery-based practices. This course will also discuss the different paths to recovery, including but not limited to physical, mental, and emotional health, to promote the application of healthy practices in their lives.

Summer Homecoming Programming:

Drop in Hours WEdnesdays 3:00 pm – 5:00 pm

For 8 weeks this summer we have drop in hours offering flexible services for returning citizens. This time is for individuals to get the service, support, and resources that they may need. Homecoming groups will begin again in the fall; however we will continue to offer many essential re-entry services throughout the summer, including Bags for Dads, transportation services, and more. 

Come see us with any of your needs and we will work with you towards a solution!

Weekly National Drop-In Group for Fathers

When: Tuesdays (Weekly) 4:00 pm – 5:00 pm EST
Where: Virtually (Register here)

We offer a weekly drop-in group for fathers nationwide, free of charge. In this weekly drop-in group, we provide resources, tips, and strategies on how to navigate co-parenting challenges and other concerns. We consider ourselves a village and will work with you throughout your fatherhood journey. Please join us and share with fathers you know that could use a consistent partnership and space to receive ongoing support when needed.
