#ShareYourStache November (Movember) Challenge

#ShareYourStache in support of men’s mental health this Movember. This November we’re raising awareness and funds for men’s mental health in a fun way.

It’s Time for Some Fun!

To start the month, ladies and gents both, share a picture with your own incredible ‘stache. It might be colorful, it might be a little more typical; it might be drawn on or a cutout; it could be digitally-added with an app or drawn onto your face on your phone. It could even be a real ‘stache! The “how” is up to you. And if you participate in the full month of Movember with us, share your ‘stache results with us all at the end of the month too!

Now, this is all about mental health, so with your image share five emojis that represent emotions you’ve felt strongly at various points in 2020. Talk about them with your friends and family. Why did you choose the emojis you chose? Let this be a conversation starter! We all need to talk about our mental and emotional health and wellbeing a little bit more, especially us men. Tag 3 others to join you in the #ShareYourStache challenge and begin opening conversations about mental health.

Be sure to use the hashtags #shareyourstache, #mensmentalhealth, and #fathersuplift if you want us to see it and #ShareYourStache with our audience ourselves. We’ll be sharing hashtagged posts throughout the month to show our collective power behind this cause.

You can give in support of men’s mental health at fathersuplift.org/give/movember. Feel free to also create a fundraiser after donating in order to invite your friends towards a target of your own!

We are so thankful to have you all along for the Movember ride with us (and beyond) as we all enter into the holiday season of thankfulness and care for others.
