Our Team

Addison Ford

2023 USTR Fellow | Master of Social Work, Grambling State University

Addison Ford believes in taking a holistic approach to healing, incorporating evidence-based therapy techniques, trauma-informed care, and cultural sensitivity in his practice. He understands that trauma affects individuals in unique ways, and he strives to create a safe and non-judgmental space for clients to explore their experiences and find healing.

In addition to his clinical work, Addison is passionate about community outreach and advocacy. He actively engages in grassroots initiatives to raise awareness about the effects of trauma and the importance of mental health support. Addison believes in the power of education and empowerment to create lasting change in communities, and he actively seeks opportunities to share his knowledge and expertise with others.

As a lifelong learner, Addison continuously seeks professional development opportunities to enhance his skills and stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices. He is dedicated to ongoing self-reflection and growth, recognizing the importance of personal wellness in effectively supporting others.
