James W. Reed, Sr. is a dedicated social worker and the Founder of Pursuit of I AM Mental Health & Wellness. With over 10 years of experience serving Ohio’s Medicaid population, James has developed a deep understanding of the challenges faced by vulnerable communities and has made it his mission to provide support and empowerment to those in need.
Currently serving as the Complex Health Provider Transformation Specialist IV with CareSource, a nonprofit healthcare-managed care plan, James utilizes his expertise to create meaningful change in the healthcare system. Through his work, he is committed to improving access to mental and behavioral health services for underserved populations, recognizing the crucial role mental well-being plays in overall health and quality of life.
James firmly believes that everyone deserves the opportunity to overcome life’s negative experiences and embrace their true selves.
