Joined Fathers’ UpLift: 2023

Responsibilities: Kenyotta manages calendars, assists with emails, coordinates hiring processes, organizes meetings, and provides general administrative support to the CEO, COO, and the entire team.

Role: As the Executive Assistant, Kenyotta ensures smooth operations by scheduling meetings, setting up agendas, and supporting various operational aspects, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of Fathers’ UpLift.

 

Staff Narrative:

Kenyotta Boone joined Fathers’ UpLift in 2023 as an Executive Assistant, bringing with her a wealth of experience and a strong educational background. She holds a degree in Journalism and Mass Communications from North Carolina A&T State University and a Master’s in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Grand Canyon University.

Before joining Fathers’ UpLift, Kenyotta served in diverse roles, including as a Customer Service Manager for a trade show management company and as a full-time Virtual Assistant for multiple businesses and organizations. Her expertise in executive support, operations organization, and providing valuable professional insights have significantly contributed to the growth and expansion of these enterprises.

Throughout her career, Kenyotta has made substantial contributions to various businesses by offering executive support, organizing operations, and providing professional insights. Her role at Fathers’ UpLift involves managing calendars, coordinating hiring processes, organizing meetings, and supporting the CEO, COO, and the entire team to ensure the smooth operation of the organization.
