Kiana Trabue is a seasoned public health executive with over 20 years of experience advancing community and population health. She currently serves as President of the HealthPath Foundation of Ohio, where she leads strategic investments to improve health outcomes across communities.
Prior to this role, Kiana held senior leadership positions including Vice President of Strategic Partnerships and Chief Program Officer at Bethesda Inc. & bi3, where she developed and managed a $15 million annual grants portfolio. Her career also includes executive leadership roles at The Health Collaborative and the YMCA of Greater Cincinnati. Kiana holds a Master of Public Health from Wright State University and is widely recognized for her ability to operationalize strategy, build partnerships, and drive sustainable impact.
