Natalie Zermeno is a dedicated social work professional passionate about advocating for marginalized communities. She holds a Master’s degree in Social Work and a Mental Health Practice certificate from Simmons University School of Social Work. As a Substance Use Disorder Professional Trainee (SUDPt) in Washington, she has four years of counseling experience, focusing on supporting individuals recently incarcerated and families affected by substance use.
Fluent in Spanish, Natalie provides culturally sensitive services and aims to address the inequity faced by marginalized populations, ensuring access to essential social services. Committed to social justice, she empowers clients through a compassionate, client-centered approach and stays informed on evidence-based practices in the field.
Beyond her professional work, Natalie is actively involved in community service, collaborating with organizations to make a positive impact.
