Our Team

Stephanie Cornell

Board Member

In 2023, Stephanie Cornell expanded her leadership journey by joining Fathers’ UpLift as the board chair. With over six years of experience as a Managing Director at DRK, Stephanie has been an integral member of the Operating Committee and leadership team, driving significant impact in the social venture space. Her dedication to fostering social change is evident through her co-founding of three transformative organizations: Strategic Grant Partners, Project Healthy Children (now Sanku), and the Maranyundo Initiative.

Stephanie’s educational credentials are equally impressive, holding a BA in English and Environmental Studies from Oberlin College and an MBA from Stanford University. Her commitment to continuous personal and professional growth is further highlighted by her recognition as a fellow with Harvard’s Advanced Leadership Initiative.

Currently, Stephanie serves as the Executive Director of the Walton Family Foundation, where she continues to lead with vision and purpose. In her role as board chair of Fathers’ UpLift, Stephanie’s broad expertise and unwavering dedication are instrumental in advancing the organization’s mission, making a meaningful impact on the communities it serves.

Stay up to date with FUL news and impact.
