Tammy Allen is a Boston University MSW whose clinical foundation is built on empathy, representation, and cultural responsiveness. With experience supporting juvenile males, teen mothers, and older adults, she’s seen how transformative compassion can be. Tammy was drawn to Fathers’ UpLift’s holistic approach—where therapy and life skills go hand in hand. Her goal is to walk with her patients through challenges and toward lasting change, always meeting them with care, clarity, and confidence.
