Interim Senior Program Director

  • Zack Osheroff-Lambert on LinkedIn

About: Zack Osheroff joined Fathers’ Uplift in 2023. As Senior Program Director, he is in charge of managing the program staff and ensuring the effective delivery of services to fathers and their families.

Zack’s Narrative: “Hailing from Northern Virginia, my educational journey led me to Brandeis for my Bachelor’s degree, where I studied Psychology and Philosophy, and then to Simmons for my Master’s in Social Work. Before joining Fathers’ Uplift, I had the privilege of serving on their board for ten years. My work history also includes a fulfilling stint at a youth mentoring organization where I started as a mentor and rose to a supervisory position, leading family engagement initiatives. Some career milestones I am particularly proud of include serving as the Chair of the Board of FUL and working as the Assistant Program Director of Evaluation at Friends of the Children-Boston. What makes Fathers’ Uplift a unique place for me is the organizational culture built around giving men the opportunity to aid each other through peer support, coaching, and therapy. This strong sense of camaraderie and mutual upliftment is truly inspirational.”

If given the opportunity to invite someone to dinner, my choice would be Paulo Freire, a towering figure in education and social philosophy. His insights into pedagogy have greatly influenced my work, and it would be fascinating to converse with him.

Stay up to date with FUL news and impact.
