To do this, we will be exploring parenting from the perspective of fatherhood and mental health expert, Dr. Charles Daniels.

In doing so, we hope to:

• Give parents who have been largely overlooked by the mental health field relatable materials and advice that will enable them to reach their full potential
• Help listeners to understand the problems that many experience every day, that are frequently misunderstood and ignored.

Awareness fuels the understanding necessary to build a better tomorrow. Today, we’re discussing this broader conversation that we’re trying to open up.
